He/she usually a beggar or annoyer
asking for money or asking to help him do a quest he should probably start when he is lvl 50
asking for help is ok as long as you don't keep shouting help!!!!!! or whispering Help!!!!!!!!

i know some peoples curiosity makes them come to stonevale like me going deep into catacombs at level 20

I really think the Admin should put a level restriction to high level maps like that.

I went to stonevale with my lvl 1 today (has 63 health). It wasnt too easy not getting killed on the way in shalemont

Lvl restrictions to weapons too.

Yes, instead of Making Things more expensi e every update, it would bq much better to have a lvl Restriktion on weaps and armour.
