Snowstorm Spirits

So.. I have a few questions about this mob. Does it drop white hats and yule clouds? and if they do then is it like 3 per server like I read? and if not then what is the drop rate because as you can see here:
that's 1247 snowballs, but no hat or cloud....
update: at over 1500 snowballs but still not what i'm looking for

actually, I have been using the forums for a while, just decided to make an account now. Also some of my posts were removed from some bug or something.

I don't think a Yule Cloud exists. There have been no pictures of it yet so it likely is just a prank. Just saying lol

No, it is real. I saw it on a friend.
It's just a weaker version of the 10k cloud and has no speed boost.

Does it drop from the spirits or the big cloud though? I've heard different stories.
