Some regen items (like bronze/silver/gold energization/rejuv amulets) specifically say they are active even in combat, and some say specifically that they are not active in combat (like sigils).
However, Revenant regen rings do not specify whether or not they are active during combat.
Does anyone know whether they function while fighting?
