You are probably wondering what is happening at the moment and why are the servers down. Let us shed some light on the situation.
Due to a glitch related to the Clan Bank that allowed players to duplicate items, we had to roll back all progress made between 10/04/22 at 12:30 PM CET and 10/04/22 at 04:45 PM CET. This action was necessary in order to prevent an economic crisis in the game.

How does that affect you? Any advancement achieved during this time in your account will be removed. Unfortunately, there was no other solution to the current predicament. We had to act as quickly as we could in order to prevent further harm to the game economy.

IMPORTANT:

Any purchases made in the aforementioned time frame will be gone as well. Please do not panic, we have a solution for that in place. In order to return the purchased package, you will need to send a screenshot of your full receipt and account information to our support team so they can add the items back to your account.

We understand the way you feel right now and we want to assure you that our team is currently working around the clock on a fix.

We apologize deeply for the situation and want to thank you for the reports and patience! In that regard, as a sign of our appreciation, we have prepared a Double XP event that will start this week. Further details about the event will be shared very soon.

Still unable to connect to the servers.

Yes we won't be able to connect for a wile as Deca need to fix the problem properly so it doesnt happen again. Meaning the the game will be shut until they find a possible solution to this.
Seeing how Deca delt with last time we had to have a roleback was amazing and that was in more unfortunate situations. I believe that the game will be up in no longer than a day or 2.
Worst comes to worst they could just undo the update and continue development on it and add more beta tests to stay on the safe side. I mean dublicating items problem is proberly alot more complecated than it sounds but nothing compared to what the team has delt with since the transitioning over from being abandoned by VR. For now i think the team should just have encoragement from us, the player base is defenatly importent to them as we have seen from directors of tecnial problems and Comunity mannagers in the past and present.
We just need to be patient and give Deca the time they need to make the game greater than it has been in recent years. Also did anyone else notice the slight lagg and random things going on with the visual affects of the main menu wile trying to get the game up? I remember in the beta testing i noticed it so thats another thing they could be working on but patience is importent . Come on heroes lets be here and support the true heroes of the celtic universe!
