Dino skammed us

We have just killed Dino on gwydion and apparently no one who got lock last second AND was in range got drops.
So we genuinely got nothing from it. Is Dino a scammer?!
Plz help

I can imagine that maybe the group that got locked it was all teleported at the time of kill and since no one was in the range there were no drops? That would be a major fail in the encounter design LOL. I've never seen the entire lock group get TP though so I'm not sure if it resets the lock. It would make the most sense though so that the lock would reset to another group to make it impossible for everyone to be out of range when it drops.

Pretty sure Gwyd does a 27 man raid so no one would have gotten tp.
