I recently started the meteoric weapon quest and have completed everything, I have torbins fragment, jairyns fragment, and the foci of knowledge. But the step that says "talk to torbin the sailor" isnt checked off and when I try to talk to him it doesn't do anything, I contacted support but it's been a couple days now, being lvl 117 it's getting difficult to continue the game with the non meteoric bow doing only 60 piercing damage compared to the meteoric 80 piercing damage.
Any advice on what to do?

Do you have all the components? The three drops from Priestess of Morrigan, the Sea Chart and have you killed the three small blackhurst looking guys in Murky?

The issue is I have completed torbins quest and got his fragment but the quest doent mark that I have even talked to him

You’re missing something, check your other quests there are multiple parts as stated above.

I don't think I'm missing anything, I had all that stuff and turned them in to progress the quest. I have all I need it's just not marking that I talked to torbin to get his quest but i did, and when I try to talk to him now it's just "thank you for helping" and it doesnt get marked off

Is there any way I can speak with someone on the support team or get in contact with anyone that can help me, my support request is almost a week old now and I still have heard nothing.
