Britannians

Greetings fellow Britannians, and those thinking of joining! (and those of you who just feel like reading about us.

The Britannian clans were named after another, popular Role Playing Game that we are very fond of. The Britannians Clan is our training clan, and NewBritannia is our high level clan for players in the higher range of available levels. Players are encouraged to level at their own pace. Please enjoy the game! We do not expect everyone to reach level 100 within a month of starting their characters.

Please read below and be sure you are willing to follow. Remaining in the clan means you agree to these rules. Failure to follow these rules will lead to banishment from the clan. ALL NEW MEMBERS must READ, AND are expected to UNDERSTAND, THESE RULES - please be sure they do before recruiting into the clan.

We expect everyone carrying our name to be respectful to other players.
Kill Stealing is not accepted on individuals that have not committed a crime against the clan. Of course, accidents happen - but please avoid fights that others are already in - unless invited.

Asking for items/money/help
No begging! Please never ask another player to give you something for free. Do not ask for drops for fights you are not in. Do not beg to join a group, or tell other players to leave to make room for you. If someone is not of the right lvl - Ask the highest ranking member of the group If you can join (see boss fights below). Feel free to heal and cast bonus skills on them - it makes you more likely to be invited in the future.
Scammers and thieves are not tolerated in these clans. If you owe someone gold or items, they must be paid in full

Leveling
Feel free to ask players within 5 - 10 lvls of you to team up, as it can benefit you all - there are bonuses for working in groups. Do not ask players more than 10 levels above you for help - it wastes their time, and you get significantly less exp. Do not ask players to help you level from outside a group.

Boss fights
Everyone wants to be a part of a team that takes down bosses, and we all have the quests that require beating them.
The bad news is that a group of lvl 10 players is not going to take down a 5 star 90 boss. Sometimes a group with only 5 high lvl players cannot take the boss. Particularly in a Free For All situation where multiple groups are competing to kill the same boss. Please respect the requests of the higher ranking clan people - if asked to leave, or fight in a second group, please do so without fussing.

To make this easier to remember, if you are not within 20 levels of a boss, you will not do very much damage. Please do not expect to be in the main fighting groups

We do not invite players from other clans into fights with quest drops, unless it has been approved by a General or higher. But in fights with creatures/mobs that complete quests, it is good manners to include others who need them (and are of an appropriate level).

Drops
Any player getting a drop has earned it. There will be no bullying, begging, whining or complaining to get it for yourself.
If you do not need the drop, please ask within the fighting group, and then the clan before attempting to sell to other players.

Quest drops are very valuable to you and the clan. In Britannians all of these items are given to our Generals, Guardians, or the highest ranking member in the fight to be passed out to clan members, based on need and your value to the clan. If you are fighting with allies, you may trade within the group that earned the drop. Beyond that, they are not to be sold or traded outside the clan until no members need them.

Please note that if you do not participate in boss fights, or do not log in often, it affects how soon you get these items. Asking/begging for these drops does NOT help you get them sooner.

Items that must be turned in by Both Clans:
All Tablets and Remnants
Diamonds (Fairy, Demon Stone, Soul Orbs, Boar tusk, Crystal horn)
Benediction, Echoes, Litany, Rites and Invocation of Crom
Skywing
Pristine Boar Hide
Gold, Silver, Copper And Iron Goblet
Gold, Copper, Iron And Bronze Ingot
Diamond
Ruby
Emerald
Emerald And Ruby Boar Tusk
Amber And Ruby Crystal Horn
Amber, Emerald And Ruby Demon Stone
Faerie Amber and Emerald
Amber, Emerald And Sapphire Soul Orb
Amber Spirit Star

All of these items are for upgrading warden.

Items that must be turned in by Britannians:
Dragon, Crown, Elm and Oak discs

Additionally, Britannians are requested to trade within clan or turn in all extra pages and statue quest drops, to assist the clan in completing these quests.

Please do not hoard items that other Active characters can use. The better our main team is, the more things we earn for the entire clan. We all want the best for our alts, but as with our mains, they must be useful before earning things from the clan stash.

If you have ANY problems with members of our clan or our allies please come to us (or their clan leaders) before starting any fights. They make you and your clan look bad.

Violating our rules or complaints from allied clan leaders are grounds for being kicked and banned from the clan permanently.

Recruits must be in the clan for at least two weeks before shifting to Clansmen, and cannot earn warden quest items during this time. Guardianship is a privilege and a job, not a right.

We have a Facebook Group "New Britannians". All Brits are welcome, and encouraged to join. You do NOT need to friend any other members if you prefer your privacy, but depending on your settings, your information, wall and images may be visible to others. Any abuse to others on their personal pages, is grounds for banishment.

While we love being helpful, there are a LOT of you to help. If you have any questions or concerns, please use the chain of command (ask guardians, class trainers and team leaders before generals and class leaders, and generals before chieftains) so that we can better help everyone.

Thank you so much,
Lord British and Shaden

I didn't *just* type it, tho i can easily type 200+ wpm, and am extremely verbose.
I was deleting old files, and ran across it as well as a boatload of quest drop lists, boss locations and timers...

Britannians current requirements are:
No mains - alts only
No whining
And no noobs
