You can use the in game support feature for refund issues. This is a direct message to the support team.
Note* Many people use the support feature for refunds and there is a list so it might take a while before you get helped.

If you bought it at the luxery. And you still have the item on the character who bought it. I think they will refund the gold. With the gold you can buy a new item.
