They did the quest properly imo. The reason it's there is to tease players into trying it. They want players to have another avenue in the game. They want you to so pvp and by having that quest there it does exactly that. It's just people get pissed when they get killed in there. Well wtf were you expecting in a player versus player arena? When high lvls get involved out of their lvl range is what makes it not fun.

We do it in the fairness of those poor support druids and those rangers.

Of course no one would attack you because your way tooo high and even if you were support it would not matter because you would still kill them. If a high level does, then he is in trouble for doing so but probobly wouldn't i. First place because if that.

another problem is that so many skills are nerfed that pvp is completely unfair to those who worked for skills to be high damage only to do maybe half the max in pvp

If you want honest PVP then stick to those who seek it.

Plus many of the people attacking questers go repeatedly after players much lower than their own level. Which is also not normal PVP ie it is a form of bullying and probably reflects their real world characters.

This statement is actually REALLY not true because once I started to communicate with other players over the phone there were many misunderstandings in this game. How would you know anything unless you tried to get to know the real person behind the apple device? I suggest you actually start talking to these people before you assume that people act the way they do in life as they do in video games. It's almost like saying your character is a female in the game so you must act like a female or be a female in real life.
