I can't send a support ticket to get my phoenix back, I have both eggs still and figured I'd post here and hope it's fixed by the next time I log in the game (I've been busy lately so not super active) my mage is Temptat1on on epona and I accidentally traded my t5 Phoenix but still have both the eggs from the turn in, I would appreciate any help given and sorry for posting here but once again game won't allow me to select a subject for support tickets

We've restored your level 5 phoenix back to your character for you. You can get the item in the mail.

There is an issue in-game in the "support" tab, in which you cannot select the topic from the macro. Seems the dropdown has been disabled at some point.

I sent a Discord DM to DECA regarding in-game harassment and verbal abuse (have screenshots of most) but don't want to publicly blast these players or the clan. How do I go about reporting this without stooping to their level?
DECA probably hasn't even gotten to my message yet...
