I would recommend farming the shards and not buying them as the armour they provide you gets replaced quicker by dl (until u choose not too)

Waste of money when u can get those Sweet medallions while farming these shards.

That depends on whether their clan even has the stuff for frozen

Their clans an endgame clan so pretty sure they do, but still doesn’t make sense wasting gold on these shards.

Just pointing out not all endgames are loaded on crests, bears(especially) and even so he's in a clan he will have to work for frozen/dl so I don't see a problem in him using bone armour.
