I can't be the first one to bring it up, but maybe OTM should look into some sort of item that allows people to transfer toons from one world to another on the same account for a small amount of plat. I'm almost certain they could find a a way to allow this that's not too hard. Other games to it too...

He's transferring gold and maybe items from one world to another. That isn't against policy. He will give someone that money and items on rosmerta if they give him those items or money on arawan in return. the accounts remain with the same person.
