Carrowmore pool only have 180 and rarely 180+

Is there really a place beyond that?
What can I do from 180 to reach 200?

After the gardens update, we got upgrade for EDL offhand. It's true that we got new skill, new abilities. Also a good looking weapon as well to choose from 2 types.
