Laceration and Careless Whisper are basically the same, they should be both Elite. Most complaints were about hound bounties anyway, some people were finding them hard to complete as a solo so I think that'd be fair.

Like I said, all Arcane Sanctum Bounties are now Elite Bounties.

Ye so those bounties are bugged then if they're supposed to be Elite but aren't, they still give normal bounty xp and it doesn't say "Elite" by their bounty names.

The Arcane Sanctum quests have been changed to be Elite Bounties

All of them? Coz i had to kill 4 exalted terrorsouls and 4 hounds today but those werent Elite
