So basically just need to do the weekly faction boss kill each week to raise it a tier each week

Farmed up to white hat. Had gotten 4 rare gifts in that time frame. Then starting farming them to get more rares. I think I got one more before I decided that pink effect hat was all I was willing to go for. Traded in 5k of them for the last 5 gifts and stoped.
