Every auto hit will benefit from it a lil' bit.
The QS and sneaky skills can be evaded, and the extra dmg to those skills compared to the 20 DMG charm would be comparable perhaps, but I think the venom charm is a safer bet at this point for ya.

Depends on your current gear. Trident not recommended for rogues. I personally like the trident if you're not a pure DPS rogue, and more of a solo build.
