So the only real change is casters can't roll on str and melee can't roll on focus? I know we want to keep it simple but dex is more important for a rogue and ranger than anyone else imo.

This should also be applied to items from other bosses in game that are not class restricted on the item but are clearly meant for certain classes; ie. Str Mordy helm with casters being able to roll with the sole intent of selling.
