How is it viable when one can't use it but every 2-3 mobs? Even sharp shot can be recasted a minimum of 2-3 times before rapid comes back. At least longshot has the guarantee of 1 shot per mob. Rapid doesn't.

Quick question. Is that 100 str including gear bonuses or just raw stats? With gear i currently have more than 100 strength. So should I lower a smidge?

If your gear is what puts you over that's fine, its not hindering you and its saving you from a rebirth. I would leave it as is tbh.

Though because OTM decided to kill rapid for us its ineffective for training for any decent period of time until you can get 40 points in the skill.
