Celtic Heroes

Floridiana asked to try out offhand item from a fairly new player in GG. Then left the clan and would not return

Does this skill get better with points or is there a bug?
I have it at level 5/15, but the description still says 1 point of health per 2 ticks.
The skill does give me 2 health per, despite what it says.
I guess I though it would give +1 health per skill point, bummer that it doesn't work that way.

I can't tell if adding points to this skill has any effect.
Does anyone know?
