It work for one username but not the other. Making me nervous lol

I cant even log onto my account now. I was playing on 2 devices and when i try to log either one it says account is already logged in. I really doubt that someone figured out both usernames and passwords and logged them both. Cant even play my toons on other worlds now :/

Dex isn't important but it does help. I have a lesser chance of my attacks missing and also evading more. I also enjoy having a higher heal which comes from a higher dex. Im not really sure, after i noticed that having rapid shot at level 1 didn't remove terrifying gaze i put 5 points back into it and it works on all eyes.
