There is also an apprentice trickster that I would assume drops an apprentice version of same weapon, but I've only ever gotten weapon shards from the pprentice. the problem with an ip ban on this game is that it's mobile. i play on my phone and through my phone's hotspot on my ipad. My IP address isn't always the same.

i personally run a low str build, 75 base (150 with golden blade) and it works well enough for me. I also have greater es dmg gear though which offsets the low str.

300 dex
10 foc
390 vit

It's a good build for soloing as you have decent hp and quite a bit of defence as well.

The quest does have a lvl requirement now. it might be 40 or 50, don't remember for certain.

the met weapon quest is started in highshore village at the blacksmith. You have to be lvl 60.

I would imagine that the proc ability would only affect group members, the same way wards and abundant aura work.

i didn't get a second device until my druid was lvl 120+ and my rogue lvl 140+ so it's totally doable using one device. I did use an insane amount of resto pots on my rogue while soloing though.
