As of last night, we've killed every boss in the game without using a single elixir or potion. I would post the strategy but the devs might patch the bosses again if they see it. Now we just need to repeat it 10,000 times to get everyone in the clan geared up. :P Anyway, here's a link to the pic.

Great news!

We use a similar tactic except with the addition of Entangling Roots. Ranger pulls with bolas, Druid roots in place, and the rest just spam attack skills and clean the area. Also the bolas help for those brief moments between roots.

Has anyone else noticed that killing bosses multiple times rewards different disc fragments?
Hopefully this doesn't mean we have to farm them for specific color sets.
