If you look at online rankings at most skill damage , there is a level 146 druid who has 12m+ damage is doing wheelies impossible.

i can only think of heroes landing and northern peninsula. Even then, it has a bit of a gap. THeres no level 30-38 fish

I agree with moving characters to separate accounts. I don't see how accounts can be stolen this way. Why should we waste platinum on character slots when we can just create another account with the toon? Another fix is to allow any number of devices to be able to log on the same account .
