Dont worry about it too much. I suggest dex build if u have ss skill. It depends on you fight in team or solo. Auction house use too much resource or too much connection, so login dont work.
Imo login is main problem, so maybe reason is connection.
If server is enough strong, just give more connection.

You can trade account with someone, who play on other platform.
You cant move your character to other platform or server.

If you are mage, you wont need haste (IMO).
Dragonlord is armor from quest, you dont buy it.
Earthstone Armor - rarity - I have never seen (it was dropped same years ago)
You should buy focus regen offhand and stuff.
You should focus skills, wand is necessary evil.

It is depend on what u want.
DPS: spider - good poison damage - good for locking
Heal (for solo): rabbit - lvl 6 golden can heal 1000+ hp + 150+ energy regen for 3 tick (u dont need restos anymore, and dont need regen staff)
Support: dog - reduce defence (if i good remember)
