Where do I get meatoric wand quest? I'm lvl 100 and have silver moon wand but osnin won't give me meatoric wand quest.

A completly maxed mage hits harder than any other maxed class. It's just a matter of our damage comming from spells that we have to wait on to recharge while rangers rogues and warriors hit 200's with regular attacks.
