Hello everyone, support finally replied. I an permanently banned. I am done with CH and I will be doing more productive things.

I'm still waiting for an answer. I know OTM starte back to work on January 7th. It is now the 20th. I think they should have a priority of getting their players/customers back in the game. What happened to the so called "upgraded" support crew that would take care of issues faster?
