If you can't see yourself getting frozen dagger anytime soon then get the wyrmbone, it is better. You don't really need to get frozen until you can get the dragonlord dagger and by then it shouldn't be much trouble getting the crests.

Sunshard is better, as a rogue you will be using both str and dex so the 50 stat bonuses to vit and focus are a bonus. Moreover, the yule amulet only regens energy while sunshard regens both. Don't forget the damage skill as well. No contest, sunshard.
