long story short i accidentaly deleted my main and my alt on my account and i need them retreived pronto because i have a crap load of items i need and vast amount of gold. i contact support and i shouldve known, support dosent reply so is it impossible to get them back or what?

my account has been disabled all day and i even emailed the support and the appeals team wtf is going on are you doing wheelies kidding me?!?!?!?!?!

i emailed the support team i got a reply from them and they told me to send an email to the appeals which i did and i still havent gotten a reply and its been almost 4 hours. please admin look in on this.
