Reason rangers are best to solo is u dont need cares or pots to stay alive like rouges do . We are talking about ranger and rouges in general not fully luxed out unlimited potsa md rez type unfathomable . Rangers solo better . If u can afford a rouge then go rouge

The other neck slot is used for misc charms , damage ones are pretty rare , ghost charms , and any other type of costumes go in that slot as well , u can not have two Ammys

If I where to buy a tons of health sigils , use skewer on a mob and run back , would I get a tick ? Since I'm not getting attacked . A tic is around 4 seconds I believe skewer would give me enough time for a tick if I'm nit wrong .
