Strange. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and now it works fine. Now it's the ping.

It is definitely not my ping. It starts at 6000 and increases one pt at a time, very fast, until it reaches 30k, at which time i disco. It happens that way every single time.

I have tested the ice dagger vs the meteoric dagger and can tell you the ice dagger is better, solely because of the increase in skill damage.
