It depends on your lvl and what you do mostly. I only have 105 vit. So I only have 700 base hp or so. But with gear I can go 1300. How do you survive any bosses? Target lock would create a lot more problems then there already are. Do you realize that with 100% target lock, a warrior and a druid could lock on to a boss and hold it forever. Not that anyone would do that but it could happen..

Does one of these rings exist on your server? There is currently nobody on our server that has obtained one. Imperial is the highest I have seen.

If target lock was added it would be competition of who can stand the closest to the bosses spawn point. Since first aggro would get you the kill for your clan. I suggest a one week spawn time for the lvl 140 dragon. If it were as rare as frost-belly, well then i'd never see it. (Haven't seen frost-belly since update)
